Brosmetinden is an approachable coastal summit on Kvaløya. A clear trail climbs gradually from the road to a broad top above the open sea, with views toward Tromvik, Rebbenesøya and the outer islands; an optional line near the cliff edge is exposed and unnecessary. The published route is 3.4 km return, with 230 m of ascent; allow about 2 hr. It is graded moderate and the recommended season is june–october. Use the paid trail parking at the mapped start on the Tromvik road.
