The traverse from Delp climbs through forest to a broad ridge and rocky summit, with views over fjords, the Vestfjord and the eastern Lofoten mountains; the terrain can be wet and boggy low down. The published route is 9.5 km one way, with 824 m of ascent; allow 6 hr. It is graded demanding and the recommended season is may–october. Road access and parking are available at Delp.
