Sørøya på langs is a remote multi-day traverse through one of Finnmark's wildest coastal landscapes. The route crosses pathless sections, valleys, plateaus and exposed shores with few services, demanding self-sufficiency, careful navigation and flexible planning for severe weather. The published route is 90.9 km one way, with 3,150 m of ascent; allow 7 days. It is graded very demanding and the recommended season is june–september. This is a point-to-point multi-day traverse.
