Interpretation boards describe the action while the trail descends from Rjukan Fjellstue through steep forest and the Måna valley to the industrial museum. The published route is 9.4 km circuit, with 345 m of ascent; allow 3 hr. It is graded moderate and the recommended season is all year. Park at Rjukan Fjellstue. A second car at Vemork avoids the road walk after this point-to-point hike.
