Hike to Vetti Farm and Vettisfossen
Follow the gravel road through Utladalen, with rivers and waterfalls on either side, to Vetti Gaard. It is about 6 km to the farm, where you can eat, drink and stay overnight.
For a longer hike, continue to Vettisfossen. A trail leads from Vetti Gaard. The trail is rocky with slippery roots. Chains are provided along the steepest section. After the steep section, the trail follows the river to the waterfall.
The hike to Vettisfossen is definitely worth it. The waterfall is an impressive sight, and you can feel the spray and wind on your face.
